Chuck roast is the roast of choice on our farm. Our chuck roasts have slightly more marbling than our other roasts, as well as bone in for amazing broths. Slow cooking in an oven with garlic powder, sea salt, cracked pepper, and chili powder give amazing flavor for pulled beef sandwiches. We top ours with raw onion and a sweet bbq sauce. Our natural beef roast comes from our grass fed angus cattle and is free from antibiotics and added hormones. All roasts on our farm come from young stock under 24 months of age to ensure tenderness and a lean cut. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural!
 
Vacuum sealed packages will be between 5 and 5 1/4 pounds. You will receive a minimum of 5 pounds per roast at 8.00 per pound.
