Our beef short ribs are perfect any way you cook them, but our favorite is cooking them low and slow in the smoker. They come from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural. 
 
Vacuum sealed packages are approximately 3 to 3 1/4 pounds per package. You will receive a minimum of 3 pounds at 7.00per pound.
