Our natural beef prime rib roast comes from our grass fed angus cattle and is free from antibiotics and added hormones. All prime rib roast on our farm come from young stock under 24 months of age to ensure tenderness and a lean cut. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural!
 
Vacuum sealed packages will be vary between 3 1/2 to 3 3/4 pounds. You will receive a minimum of 3 1/2 pounds at 15.00 per pound.
