We guarantee you will receive 120# minimum in your beef quarter package. We also guarantee a minimum of:
20# steak cuts (1 box)
23# assorted roasts (1 box)
54# 90% lean ground beef (2 boxes)
23# your choice from our list (1 box)
 
Other cuts you may choose from to complete your choice box include: brisket, short ribs, stew meat, ground beef, kabob beef, fajita beef, soup bones, beef tallow, organ blend and more.
 
To ensure tenderness, our beef bundle comes from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We do not use any grains for finishing our cattle. They graze our home pastures during the warm months, and are fed hay we make ourselves, during colder months. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural.
 
 
You will receive a minimum of 120# in your quarter. We have priced our quarters to be about $4.00 per pound hanging weight plus $1.00 for butchering and processing. That equals about $8.00 per pound in your freezer. Buying a quarter gives you expensive cuts, like steaks, at hamburger cost.
