Flank steak is our favorite for thin slicing dishes, such as fajitas. It is best marinated in soy sauce or balsamic vinegar, and a sugar of choice for carmelizing. Cook flank steak on high heat and quickly. For extra tenderness, a mallet can be used to break down the steak further. For the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness, our natural steaks come from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural.
Vacuum sealed packages are approximately 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds. You will receive a minimum of 1 1/4 pounds per steak at 18.00 per pound.
