Our beef garlic summer sausage is a family favorite for every season. Made from our natural, grass fed beef with plenty of spices and garlic, it goes with anything from summer pasta salads and sandwiches, to soups and charcuterie. We love this new version of our summer sausage, as it has more garlic flavor and a fine ground texture. Nitrate and preservative free. 
 
 Vacuum sealed packages are between 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 pounds.
 
Ingredients: beef, water, honey, sea salt, black pepper, caraway, garlic powder, mustard seed, coriander, white pepper, ginger, nutmeg, stuffed in fibrous casings.
