For the perfect combination of flavor and tenderness, our natural new york strip steaks come from our younger grass fed angus cattle that are under 24 months of age. We also process the meat without any nitrates or preservatives so it's completely natural. Our steaks are thick cut at 1 1/4 inches for perfect grilling.
 
Vacuum sealed packages are approximately 1/2 to 3/4 pounds per steak. You will receive a minimum of 1/2 pounds at 15.00 per pound.
