Our boneless pork chops are lean, flavorful and cut extra thick at 1 1/4 inches, for perfect grilling. Our favorite take on these chops, is a bourbon brown sugar, or a citrus marinade and a good grilling. Our chops are naturally processed with no nitrates or preservatives.
