Our pastured pork brats are fine ground, with amazing flavor, so fire up that grill! Our pork is pasture and woodland raised. Our local butcher keeps it natural, with no preservatives, nitrate or nitrites. We love our Italian brats topped with marinated tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Great to add to any Italian dish as well.
 
Pork Ingredients: pork, salt, fennel, black pepper, sage, mustard seed, paprika, nutmeg, anise, sweet basil, spice extractives, stuffed in natural pork casings.
