Pasture raised, natural pork shoulder roast. Pork shoulder roast is also sometimes called, picnic roast or ironically "butt" roast. Shoulder roast makes fantastic pulled pork. Our roasts are lean, flavorful and naturally processed with no nitrates or preservatives.

Roasts are vacuum sealed packages of 3 3/4 and 4 pounds. You will receive a minimum of 3 3/4 pounds at $8 per pound.
