Our pastured ham steak is smoked and naturally cured with a salt and sugar blend. No nitrates or preservatives have been used. Steaks are bone in, for extra flavor and nutrition. Our favorite way to prepare ham steak, is to add water to a skillet, sprinkle ham with brown sugar and cracked pepper. Cook down until water is mostly gone and steak is glazed. Taste the difference of high quality, natural pork!
