Our pastured pork brats are fine ground, with amazing flavor, so fire up that grill! Our pork is pasture and woodland raised. Our local butcher keeps it natural, with no preservatives, nitrate or nitrites. Jalapeno and cheddar add a nice mild kick to the standard brat. We love ours marinated in kraft beer before it hits the grill.
 
Pork Ingredients: pork, cheddar cheese (cultured milk, salt, enzymes, water, cream, sodium phosphate, salt, beta carotene, powdered cellulose, potassium sorbate, natamycin) water, sea salt, jalapeno pepper, black pepper, ground sage, mustard seed, garlic powder, stuffed in natural pork casings. 
 
Individual vacuum sealed packages are approximately 1.0 pound
Bratwurst packages contain (4) bratwurst per package.
