Suet is a traditional ingredient with a variety of uses: Render it down and have grassfed beef flavor ready to pan-fry your favorite ingredients, prepare tallow and make candles and soap as we do on the farm. 
Our beef suet, collected from around the kidneys, is available in approximately 2.25 - 2.50 pound packages.
